Please read these shipping terms before placing an order. By placing an order you accept these terms.

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

We are a small, volunteer led organisation. Our team processes and dispatches orders around other work and family commitments. This affects how quickly we can send your order.

We only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not ship to addresses outside the UK.

PROCESSING AND DISPATCH TIMES

We do not offer next day delivery or any form of expedited delivery.

Our volunteers process and dispatch orders at least twice per week. The time from placing your order to receiving your delivery will vary depending on when you order in relation to our packing days and the delivery service used.

You should expect typical delivery times of 3 to 10 days from the date of your order to the date of delivery. At busy times, such as holidays or during fundraising events, this may take slightly longer.

DELIVERY METHODS

We use a mix of postal and courier services for standard shipping. The exact service used will depend on the size and weight of your order and your delivery address.

You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched. This email will confirm that your parcel has left us. Tracking information will be included where available.

LOCAL DELIVERY (G66 POSTCODES ONLY)

Local delivery is only available for addresses within the G66 postcode area.

Local deliveries are carried out by volunteers. Deliveries will normally take place in the evenings or at weekends. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time, but we will always try to deliver within the typical 3 to 10 day timeframe from the date of your order.

If you live in the G66 area and select local delivery at checkout, you agree that deliveries may take place outside normal working hours.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping charges are based on the weight, size and destination of your order. The current shipping charges and any applicable surcharges are shown in the shipping rates table on this page.

The shipping cost for your order will be shown at checkout before you confirm and pay.

FREE DELIVERY OFFER

Orders with an eligible goods value of £40.00 or more qualify for free standard delivery.

The £40.00 threshold applies to the total value of eligible goods in your basket after any discounts and before shipping charges. It does not include shipping costs, donations, vouchers or gift cards.

Bulky Item goods are excluded from the free delivery offer. Bulky items do not count towards the £40.00 free delivery threshold and may carry their own delivery charge, even when the rest of your order qualifies for free delivery.

BULKY ITEMS

Some products are classed as Bulky Items due to their size or weight. These items may incur higher delivery charges or may only be available for local delivery or collection, as set out in the shipping rates table.

Bulky Items are excluded from the free delivery offer.

A full list of products treated as Bulky Items is provided in the Bulky Items section on this page. We may update this list from time to time. Any changes will apply only to future orders.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

The delivery timeframes provided on this page are estimates. They are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Occasional delays can occur because of carrier issues, bad weather or other events outside our control. We will not be liable for delays that are outside our reasonable control, but we will always try to help you resolve problems with a delivery.

FAILED OR MISSED DELIVERIES

If a courier or local volunteer cannot complete delivery because no one is available to receive the parcel, they will follow their usual process. This may include leaving a card, attempting delivery on another day, leaving the parcel in a safe place, or returning the parcel to us.

If a parcel is returned to us because you did not collect it in time or because delivery could not be completed after reasonable attempts, we can either resend the order at your cost or refund the cost of the goods, minus the original shipping charge. Additional handling fees may apply where we incur extra charges from the carrier.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of ordering.

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address and the parcel cannot be delivered, we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or delay. Where the parcel is returned to us, we can resend it to an updated address at your cost or refund the cost of the goods, minus the original shipping charge and any fees charged by the carrier.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

We pack orders with care, but sometimes damage can occur in transit.

If your order arrives damaged, or if items are missing from your parcel, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of any damage. We will review each case and will either replace the item or issue a refund where appropriate.

You must report damaged or missing items within a reasonable time after delivery so we can raise this with the carrier.

UK ONLY SHIPPING

We only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Orders placed with a delivery address outside the UK will be cancelled and refunded.

OUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order.

Reasons for cancellation may include, but are not limited to, the following.
Stock availability issues.
Delivery address outside our service area.
Security concerns or suspected fraudulent activity.
Pricing or product description errors.
Operational issues that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel your order, we will notify you by email and refund any payments you have made for that order.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS BY YOU

If you need to cancel or amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

If we have not yet processed or dispatched your order, we will cancel it and refund you in full.

If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow our returns process once your parcel arrives. In this case, shipping charges may not be refundable.

RISK AND OWNERSHIP

Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received full payment.

Risk in the goods passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the delivery address you provided or left in a safe place in line with your instructions or the carrier’s procedures.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these shipping terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place your order will apply to that order.
